I currently do not require a deposit for booking, this is subject to change if my time becomes habitually disrespected. Thank you for understanding!
I do not offer foreign fills, you would need to book a removal and new set.
I reserve the right to refuse service based on my professional opinion.
Late Arrival
Please contact me if you know you are going to be 15+ minutes late. i will do what i can with the time alloted, but if your service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame it will need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations
I request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. failure to do so will result in a rebooking fee. i understand things happen, but it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice.

no- shows
no-show appointments will either be banned from rebooking, or will be required to pay 50% of missed service before allowed to rebook.
